Dr. Meiler is a very competent doctor who has helped me tremendously with many joint problems. Although his practice is very busy with patients, he still takes time for personal consultations and occasionally even cracks a joke. :)

I visited Dr. Mailer for the first time this week and I'm extremely satisfied. He and the reception team are very friendly and competent. I highly recommend this practice!

I feel well cared for and in good hands with Dr. Mailer and his team. He takes his time with examinations and looks for ways and solutions to his patients' problems. This time, he even performed my spinal surgery himself. Anyone who's ever had to go into surgery knows that you go there with a lot of fear. Before the anesthesia, he came into the preparation room and greeted me. Just like always: relaxed and easygoing. Typical Dr. Mailer. My fear vanished. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT!!! I can't understand the many negative reviews. Sure, on some days the waiting room is packed. The patients' moods are at rock bottom. And even though the doctors and staff are literally being ostracized, every patient receives help. I'm glad this practice exists and I'm happy to accept longer waiting times. When I'm sick, I want to be helped. The patients before me need help. And so do the ones after me. If the doctor takes the time for the diagnosis and I'm pain-free at some point, yippee! Then everything will be alright.

A picture-perfect practice: incredibly friendly staff, highly competent doctors, and a consistently relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. You always feel valued as a patient and never just a number in the daily routine. Even though I no longer have any orthopedic issues, I'll gladly return to this practice!

I received a very warm and friendly welcome at the reception desk this morning. It was my first time seeing this doctor, who was incredibly understanding and took plenty of time for me. I felt very well cared for and comfortable. I highly recommend her!

I am completely satisfied with my visit to this practice. The entire team is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the doctor was not only competent but also very personable. I hardly had to wait and received immediate assistance. Of course, it's perfectly normal that things can take a little longer when there are many patients, but it's clear that both the staff and the three doctors are doing their best to treat every patient quickly and effectively. I'm certain of one thing: If I have any further problems or injuries, I will definitely come back here. A clear recommendation: ORTHOPEDICS KANDEL!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent and professional treatment provided by Dr. Mailer and Dr. Mailer. With great energy and patience, they successfully managed my back pain! Dr. Mailer explained everything to me, outlined several treatment options, and ultimately performed manual therapy; Dr. Mailer's acupuncture relieved the last of the pain! I feel great again…I can resume my sport and sleep soundly at night! Incidentally, Dr. Mailer also replaced my right hip joint three years ago…that was perfect too!!! I will gladly return again and again…!!! Many thanks also to the wonderful team, Ms. Stolle and her colleagues!!!

My father-in-law's review: I came to Dr. Mailer's practice on a recommendation because of hip and groin pain. A friendly appointment at the practice helped me immediately. After a short wait, Dr. Mailer thoroughly examined me and provided detailed advice. Based on the results of a CT scan, Dr. Mailer recommended surgery (total hip replacement) and explained the necessary steps to me very clearly. Dr. Mailer ultimately performed the surgery. After 1.5 hours, I was back on the ward. I am very satisfied with the entire process of the surgery and the aftercare. Many thanks to Dr. Mailer and his team.

A modern, clean, well-run clinic which I can thoroughly recommend. I was a little apprehensive as my German is pretty poor, but the staff and the doctors speak very good even excellent English. I received an appointment quickly, and the entire process was very efficient with very little waiting time. They took considerable care in double checking my medical history and ensured I understood everything before the treatment began. Everybody was very friendly and professional. I was very impressed.
